So, bees, right? We’re all familiar with their intricate communication dance that leaves us beekeepers in awe. But hey, they’re not the only ones in the animal kingdom with some serious chatting skills.

Ever tuned in to prairie dogs? If you’ve hung out in the wild west, I bet you’ve caught wind of their distinctive bark.

Here’s a cool Radiolab Short diving into the world of animal communication. In nature, things are rarely as straightforward as they appear, even when it comes to the prairie dog’s yelp.

As natural beekeepers, we’re totally tuned into that reality. That’s why we let the bees take the lead and do our best to steer clear of their way.

But, wait! Could there be more to that buzzing than meets the ear? I’m left wondering what kind of buzz would sum up me and my beekeeping journey. I bet there were moments when those bees would’ve given me a piece of their mind. 🙂
