Butterflies

Caught this fantastic PBS Nature episode last week, and it really got my imagination buzzing.
Living in the subtropics means I have the joy of witnessing butterflies practically every day. They’re like our winged companions, fluttering in and out with the shifting seasons, some opting to stay year-round.
With wide-open sliding glass doors throughout the house, I can quietly observe them, swiftly noticing any newcomers, reveling in their interactions, and reigniting that sense of wonder that nature instills.
- Spotting any newcomers is always a thrill.
- Witnessing their unique interactions brings pure delight.
- Renewing my sense of wonder? Absolutely!
Butterflies, to me, forge a magical bond with nature that’s truly incomparable. Life would lack a certain sparkle without these graceful dancers filling the skies.
