Coconut Water

That’s how we get our coconut water up in Wyoming. But hey, here in sunny Florida, we’ve got another option—green coconuts!
They’re a bit on the heavy side compared to the canned version. Still, with a trusty machete (which I don’t own, by the way), they pop open just as fast.
Who needs a machete when you’ve got a big kitchen knife, right? A little hacking, and voila—the best coconut water is ready for sipping!
Inside, there’s more than enough coconut water to share with a couple of pals.
But hold on, there’s a bonus! Unlike the canned version, there’s more goodness hidden inside. Crack open that green husk and nut, and you’ll find the jelly.
Now, all that’s left is to scoop it out with a spoon.
And let me tell you, there’s just never enough jelly coconut! Pure tropical bliss.
