Hey there! Can you believe it’s April 1st already?

My spirits are soaring like a flock of birds at sunrise! The winter blues are packing their bags, bidding farewell, and making room for the promise of new beginnings and abundance. That feeling of winter lethargy, often brought on by a shortage of vitamin D and a monotonous winter diet, is about to be replaced by nature’s finest. And let me tell you, it looks like it’s going to be a fantastic year:

Believe it or not, this was one of the first programs I watched on our brand-new television set as a child. For over a decade, I was convinced that, unlike our traditional flour and egg-based pastas, the Swiss were out there gathering some kind of vegetable spaghetti from trees.
