In South Florida, there’s never a dull moment when it comes to blooms. Every week, something new is bursting into color, painting the landscape with vibrant hues. Among the most majestic bloomers are the large tropical trees.

Right now, the spotlight belongs to the poinciana. Its fiery scarlet-red blossoms dominate the scenery, casting a spell of enchantment. Occasionally, you might spot a rare yellow variety, adding a touch of whimsy to the landscape.

The interplay of lush greens and vivid reds is simply delightful. Among the myriad of poincianas, one stands out as my absolute favorite. Its beauty is truly spectacular!
