SDA-ism and Common Sense

Hey there! Imagine this: many moons ago, a young Alaskan beekeeper, yours truly, was head over heels for a God who dished out unconditional love.

Now, theology and Bible wisdom were not exactly my strong suits back then. What I stumbled upon in the world of Adventism was a bit of a puzzle – confusing, troubling, yet oddly intriguing.

You see, back in the day, I didn’t have a ton of Christian background or Biblical know-how to tell the difference between regular Christianity and the whole Seventh-day Adventism gig. And guess what? No handy videos like this one to shed some light.

If only I had stumbled upon such material and had a smidge of exposure to Christianity or the Bible, I probably wouldn’t have taken the Seventh-day Adventist plunge. But, alas, that wasn’t my reality. I was a bit gullible, a tad naive, and had zero access to anything about SDA-ism except what the Adventists themselves dished out.
