Turquoise Water Not

Ah, envision transparent turquoise waters blending into an azure sea, bordered by palm-lined, white-sand beaches, a crystal-clear sky, and the warmth of a tropical sun. It’s a magical, delightful, and intoxicating image and experience.

However, in the subtropics, the ocean doesn’t always match this idyllic picture. Today, it’s everything it shouldn’t be — cold, dark, opaque, foreboding, and just plain ugly. Definitely not the best beach day, that’s for sure.
